Please note:
All of our beef is very lean and vacuum sealed. Sometimes this may cause the meat to appear brown; this is normal and does not affect the quality or flavor of the product. When cooking naturalfarms beef, keep in mind it usually requires one-third less cooking time because it is more lean than most commercial beef.
